An Incredible Experience
In 2009, I founded the Team Building Project with a simple yet ambitious goal: to level the playing field in affiliate and network marketing. For too long, immense financial success was concentrated in the hands of a few, while millions of others struggled to achieve even modest results. I wanted to change that by creating a platform that empowered ordinary people to build meaningful income streams.
The Team Building Project was the first global platform of its kind, enabling direct sales associates to generate income across multiple countries and business opportunities. Within two years, we grew to over 72,000 members from 120 countries, helping thousands of network marketing professionals achieve what had once seemed impossible—multiple streams of monthly income.
However, our success faced resistance. Many direct sales companies began restricting their associates from exploring other opportunities, often in direct violation of laws designed to protect their freedom. Despite this, the Team Building Project thrived for seven impactful years. In 2016, I made the difficult decision to bring it to a close. While it was bittersweet to end such a meaningful chapter, I will always cherish the relationships I formed and the lives we touched around the world.
